Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Marble collects, uses, shares, and protects data.

Data we collect

We collect the account, profile, device, usage, locality, and civic participation data needed to operate Marble.

We collect diagnostics and security signals to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

How we use data

We use data to run Marble, personalize civic content, improve participation tools, measure platform health, and show relevant ads.

We may create aggregated and anonymized civic sentiment insights for governments, researchers, journalists, and enterprises.

How we share data

We do not sell or expose individual-level user data through Marble data products.

We share data with service providers, public officials when required by participation workflows, and parties required for legal, safety, or security reasons.

Website interest list

If you join the interest list on our website, we collect your email address and, only if you choose to give them, your role and ZIP code.

We use them only to contact you about Marble's launch and early access and to understand where interest comes from. They are stored with our service provider Google, and we never sell them.

Email support@joinmarble.app to leave the list, and we will delete your signup.

Your choices

You can contact support to request help with account, privacy, or data questions.

We retain data only as long as needed for product, safety, legal, and analytics purposes.
